Hokkaido late night drinking, Nikka Bar, taste the soft taste of whiskey

This time I came to Hokkaido and tried nikka's bar. It is said to be a first-class bar. I rushed to experience it decisively when it opened at 18:00.

I drank a total of 7 glasses of whiskey that night. The first three glasses were sets, namely Yoichi, Taketsuru, and Miyagikyo.

As expected, I still prefer the soft taste. I was also lucky to choose the bar's unique Taketsuru 17, 21 and 25 to try. The wines with the same degree, 17 seems to be more delicious, and 25 feels a bit greasy.

It's a pity that Mr. Taketsuru stopped making this wine and concentrated on making Solvay-flavored wine, which is spicy but also very burning. Don't miss it if you go to Hokkaido.

Bar name: nikkabar
