La Vie Atlan Hotel, where you can enjoy the view of Haeundae from your bed
A hotel with a sea view in Haeundae that you can enjoy from your bed! p1-p4. Lavide Atlan Hotel Ⅱ, note that there is a Ⅱ, because there are two hotels in this building, and the other one is named LAVIDE ATLAN HOTEL. The lobby of both hotels is on the 3rd floor P5, and they should be owned by the same owner. The full name of the hotel: LAVIDE ATLAN HOTELⅡ, Korean 라비드아틀란호텔, Naver map shows Rabideu Ateullan Hotel 2.★Environment: Opened in 2021, but many details show that it may have been renovated recently. The facilities are very new and not damaged or dirty. After all, from the perspective of Koreans' habit of paying attention to their image, hygiene is a must.
★Room: Sea view double room (king bed) on the 28th floor, but the room is very compact, 20 square meters, p6-9. Fortunately, there is a balcony with a good view. The mattress and pillows are very soft and comfortable. There are 2 pairs of pillows, with a slight difference in softness and hardness. Note that Korean hotels are completely non-smoking, including balconies. Disposable slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste and other disposable items are not provided. It costs ₩2500 won. It is recommended to bring a pair of slippers with you. You can also change them when you go to the beach. Toothbrushes and toothpaste can be purchased at GS25 or 7-11 convenience store downstairs.
★ Location: Right next to Haeundae Beach, less than 5 minutes away, and there is a food street downstairs, and Olive Young is opposite. It is 1.5 hours by bus (₩1800) from the airport, and within 1 hour by taxi. The Indian food HiAsia next door tastes good, and the spicy fried octopus p12 at Ant House opposite (store name: 개미집, address: 구남로 34) is delicious. It is recommended to go early, otherwise you have to queue for a while.
★ Transportation: The hotel has an underground parking lot, which is convenient for picking up and dropping off passengers at the door. You can take a taxi directly with KAKAO Taxi or Uber.
★ Facilities: There is a small refrigerator, 2 bottles of water, 2 packs of coffee, but there is no USB charging port. It is recommended to bring your own conversion plug + power strip. The toilet is constant temperature and has no automatic flushing function. There is a storage service, but the check-out storage is only for 2 hours, but the front desk said that there is no time limit on the day, which may be due to the holiday. The laundry room is in B2. Laundry service and laundry detergent require coins, about ₩4000, and the coin value is ₩500. You have to exchange coins. p10-11
★ Restaurant: I didn’t book breakfast, so I don’t know much about it. It is recommended to buy some breakfast at the convenience store.
★Price: 230,000 won for two nights. After all, it is a holiday, so the price/performance ratio is not too low.
★ Disadvantages: Compared with domestic hotels, the policy of foreign hotels to check out at 11 o'clock and check in at 15 o'clock is indeed inconvenient, but the time pressure on room service staff may not be so great. In addition, there is no one at the front desk who can speak Mandarin. When communicating in English, some words in Korean English are not understood. PAPAGO can be used for assistance. It would be nice if there was a small table and chairs on the balcony.
Tips: If you lose your room card in a Korean hotel, the amount of compensation is quite high, so be sure to keep it safe.
