It was built in 1957 as a tower for receiving and sending radio waves, but now it has almost completed its mission and has become a tourist attraction with an observation deck, gift shop, restaurant, game center, etc. The view from the 90-meter-high observation deck is especially excellent. In front of you is the green leaves of Odori Park and the appearance of the city center. In the distance, you can also see the 360-degree panoramic view of the mountains of Teine and Ishikari Bay.
