The Oriental Jade Hotel & Spa, the No.1 hotel in Hanoi ranked by TripAdvisor
It was my first time to travel to Hanoi. I was very satisfied with the hotel I found through #Ctrip. I didn't expect it to be the number one hotel on #tripadvisor. The Oriental Jade Hotel & Spa is indeed worthy of its reputation. First of all, their service is very good. The staff can communicate in English without any obstacles. The service is really good. They answer all the questions asked and provide very useful information. Secondly, the breakfast is rich and delicious. I especially like their pho, which is better than the Pho 10 Ly Quoc Su in the Michelin guide. Finally, the location is located in Lao Cai and Hoan Kiem Lake. There are many delicious foods nearby. It is a step away from the cathedral and Hoan Kiem Lake, and it is convenient to get in and out.We experienced the hotel's spa. The technicians were great. The price was a little more expensive than outside, but the environment was much better. We also booked the hotel's airport transfer service, 350,000 Vietnamese dong, which was a reasonable price. The arranged car was also good, and the driver was also good. When we left, the front desk staff carried the luggage and opened the car door and gave us careful instructions. Four people stood in a row to see us off. This service was so touching! When I checked out, they also gave me souvenirs, Vietnamese coffee powder and a drip kettle.
In short, I was quite satisfied. I have stayed in various hotels around the world, including luxury high-end hotels, but none of them provided this kind of service. In short, this hotel is thoughtful and I will choose it again if I have the chance.
