Ho Chi Minh baguette is the top 1 in Ho Chi Minh City. There is a long queue when you walk in to buy it at noon (I observed that many locals are also queuing! The kind who take away a bag!), but fortunately, the food is served quickly, and it took more than ten minutes to get the order (see P2 for the menu)
The bread is very substantial, and you can ask the store to help you cut it in half. My teammates and I went back hungry and shared a whole baguette and were very full! (See P3-5 for the actual product)
The store will put the baguette in the oven before making it, so the baguette is still slightly warm and crispy! There is a rich secret meat sauce, meat, and vegetables in it! The store also gave pickled radish and cucumber to relieve the greasiness! Very delicious!
However, the shop is small and has few seats, so people usually buy to go and eat at a nearby coffee shop (it’s still a bit choking to eat it dry
