The most popular Lan Bar in Macau, Temple Ice House, just ranked 14th in the Asia 50 Strongest, went to Macau as a guest bartender. Lan Bar is located in Yiju next to Morpheus Hotel. The environment is beautiful.This time, the menu has 6 cocktails specially made by Temple Ice House. The most recommended is Dirty Apple Martini, which is sour and sweet and delicious. There is also a smoky and very rich and layered brown rice and red dates. At about 11:30, basically all the cocktails were sold out, except for the Fairly Complicated, which I personally think is average. There were a lot of people that night. If you don’t have a reservation, you can only stand near the bar. There are a lot of orders and the waiting time is quite long, but it is worth a try!
