The Spa’s Singing Bowl Sound Therapy combines the ancient techniques of singing bowls and gong baths, guided into a meditative state by our resident Master. Book a private session with Cheryl Rodriguez or join a group session led by our in-house Master to experience a state of deep relaxation, transform your inner energy and achieve balance.

Learn and practice the art of intense mindfulness and presence through our thread bead making and mandala art workshops.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle manual therapy that uses light pressure on the head, neck and back to relieve stress and pain caused by compressed tissues. Ines De Beer’s Craniosacral Therapy improves a range of discomforts caused by stress and tension in the body.

The Centre has a professional Chinese medicine physiotherapist and founder of the I'M a Smiley charity. Rooted in Eastern medicine including Tai Chi and Qi Gong, Ella helps guests regain balance in the body, relieve pain, release stress and rejuvenate the body through various wellness exercises.
