Naha Sake District local cuisinešŸ„¢. Stewed pork feet and roasted ribs are both delicious

When we arrived in Naha, we wanted to experience the local cuisine and found this restaurant. However, we didnā€™t have a reservation, so we made an appointment to go the next day. The next day, when we arrived at the restaurant, the young boss still remembered us and warmly invited us to sit down. He also sent us drinks to express his apologies for not being able to sit down yesterday.

The food was very local. The stewed pork feet, bitter melon fried eggs, and roasted spare ribs were all delicious. Of course, there were also sea grapes that we were not used to. During the meal, the young boss (P3) took out the shamisen and sang several local songs for us. Only one song, "ę¶™ćć†ćć†", was familiar. As we listened, we looked at the messages on the walls and ceilings of the room (P4). Many of the messages were from 20 or 30 years ago, which really made us "tearful".

When the young boss was singing, his father helped him beat the rhythm in the back. Several generations have been guarding this small restaurant. Time seems to be locked in this restaurant. Before leaving, the young boss handed over his business card. He has become the new owner of this restaurant. When we walked towards the intersection, someone greeted us. When we looked up, we found that it was the boss's father standing at the intersection enthusiastically attracting tourists. Perhaps many years ago, the boss also stood at this intersection, just like his father.
