BLUE SEA Restaurant KTV Bar Seafood market processing, delicious and cheap
Seafood in Baracay, Boracay must be arranged. Since we decided to eat seafood, it must be fresh and delicious. I researched the seafood processing shop online in advance, saw a lot of posts online, and then went to Google Maps and compared other platforms. The reviews were pretty good, so I chose it decisively. The result was perfect! I didn't make a wrong choice! I was afraid that the local method would ruin the seafood. The owner of this shop is Chinese, and the method is completely Chinese (a bit like that in Guangdong). The steaming and stir-frying are just right. The pepper and salt are very flavorful and not too salty. There is even a salted egg yolk method. It really deserves my seafood. As for the seafood, we bought it ourselves in the market. There was a friend who lived in the Philippines. We bargained hard. The big blue dragon cost more than ¥200 each (Figure 7) and bought two. Who understands! ! The grouper cost more than 200 yuan for more than 2 kilograms. Who understands! ! (It’s hard to bargain by yourself. If you need me to write a separate article about bargaining and price comparison) Boracay is really beautiful and cost-effective. I will come more often in the future.
