Censored Bar, it is recommended to go after 10pm. I was the only one there from 9am to 2am when it was packed with people. It was really exciting. Most of them were local Filipinos, with a few foreigners. Friends who are good at English can go there to meet many new friends. Filipinos are really enthusiastic and I was drunk.
