Spicy miso ramen and tsukemen Onikinbo (Kanda main store), chewy and flavorful noodles
The best ramen I've had so far in Japan is Onikinbo. The thick ramen soup base is chewy and flavorful, and the taste feels like Japanese-style hot pot noodles. The spiciness can be selected. If you are not sure, just choose normal. There were half Japanese and half tourists in the queue. It took about 40 minutes to queue. It felt worth the queue. I like this ramen better than the invincible one in Tokyo. Recommended to try.Restaurant name: Spicy Miso Ramen, Tsukemen Onikinbo (Kanda Main Store)
