Soup lovers are in luck at this late autumn Korean restaurant in Angeles City, Philippines
For travelers in the Philippines, a meal without soup is incomplete after all. The reaction is especially physical. No matter how much you eat, you just don’t feel full. After so many years of wandering, if you are physically unwell, you will feel miserable without soup. I am lucky. In Angeles, a remote town, I found this restaurant with chicken soup. It tastes very similar to the taste of my hometown. The chicken soup is light and not greasy. There is also rice wrapped with red dates and chestnuts in my stomach. The upgraded version is to add chewy abalone. Every bite is full of satisfaction. The side dish here is the small shrimp, which is fat, crispy, salty and fragrant. Drinking soup freely is satisfying.
