When traveling to Jakarta, you must go to Bogor to play in the river and see the waterfalls
It's been a long time since I went hiking! This week I went to a very mature hiking route in Bogor. Along the way, I walked through various streams and waterfalls, swam and played in the streams, it was so cool and fun!đăLocationăLeuwi Hejo
Google map directly locates Leuwi Hejo and then follows the navigation. If there is no traffic jam, it takes about 1.5 hours from downtown Jakarta. We drove there by ourselves, or we could take a taxi. The route is very mature and many cars are willing to go there~
đŤăTicketsăParking fee is 20k, and tickets are 45k/person. When you arrive at the site, many people will ask if you need a guide. We hired a guide on the spot, and the total cost for 5 people was 150k~If you don't hire a guide, you can just follow the signs and go down. There is only one road, which is very simple haha.
đăDurationăThe whole round trip is only 2 kilometers, a very simple route, and it is also very friendly to novices. We walked and stopped to play in the water and take pictures. There were also many supply stations along the way where we could eat instant noodles. In total, we stayed in the scenic area for about 4 hours haha.
đ´ăNearby restaurantsăAfter hiking back to Jakarta, you will pass by a restaurant called The Kluwih Heritage - Sentul City. The environment is great and the food is delicious! Highly recommended!
Indonesia's summer never stops! I strongly recommend everyone to go hiking and rafting in Bogor on the weekend. It's a natural big air conditioner, so cool!
