The Atour Hotel in Beijing always keeps up with the latest decoration trends, giving people a high-end yet not abrupt feeling.
I have booked the cheapest room type. Platinum members can upgrade to a double room for free. Atour membership is really valuable. I have always believed that wooden houses are the most representative type of houses in Atour. Let's take a look at the design changes of the new Atour: 1. Architecture. Figure 1. Although the Nine Extremes were once compared to atolls on the Little Red Tree, most of the atolls are standalone buildings with independent elevators, while most of the Nine Extremes do not. This alone indicates that Atour has higher quality. This store is also an independent building. The main entrance is a wooden automatic door. The lighting is much warmer than the previous version.Figure 2: The lobby on the first floor. After entering the hall, you can immediately feel the changes. Figure 2 shows the rest area, Figures 3 and 4 show the office area, Figure 5 shows the public restroom, and Figure 6 shows the laundry room. Obviously, the new model mainly features walnut wood color, high-end gray color, warm light, and is decorated with green plants, which is a typical medieval style decoration. In Figures 8 and 9, the medieval style of the restaurant is more prominent, with brown leather compartments, wicker decorated cabinets, red brick walls, and more. These facilities were not available in the previous Atour and were very eye-catching.
3. Room. Figures 11 and 12, after entering the room, do not show significant changes. They are still the modular combination of Atour, and the color scheme continues the modern minimalist style of black, white, and gray from previous models. Some facilities have been upgraded. Figure 12 shows the usage of the washing machine and dryer on the television. Figure 13 shows the water replaced by Laoshan mineral water. Figure 14 upgraded the smart toilet.
4. Summary: There was no rating this time, only a comparison of the latest Atour changes in 2024. Atour's decorative style is very interesting. It doesn't seem to have any distinctive features, but it can make travelers feel high-end. I think the reason is that Atour always keeps up with the latest decoration trends and ensures that it will not become outdated in the next five years. From the natural wood style to the modern minimalist style of black, white, and gray, and then to the most popular medieval style, Atour always incorporates the most popular elements into hotel decoration, blending the biggest commonality of current aesthetics, ultimately giving people a high-end yet not abrupt appearance.
