Phra Nakhon Khiri Historical Park in Hua Hin has a fairytale-like feel

Khao Wang Palace is located on a hill in Phetchaburi. King Rama IV of Thailand loved the elegant atmosphere of the mountain, so he built the palace on the top of the mountain and named it "Phra Nakhon Khiri", which means "city in the mountain". Looking at the palace from a distance, the exterior is not as magnificent as traditional palaces, but a white building that matches the blue sky, giving a fairytale castle feeling. At present, the palace has been converted into the National Phra Nakhon Khiri Museum. This is also the filming location of the movie "Anna and the King" starring Chow Yun-fat
