Aqua Hong Kong, Cost-effective high-altitude sea view restaurant worth trying on weekends

Aqua, a high-altitude sea view restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, is really full of atmosphere. It is located on the 17th floor of H Zentre, diagonally opposite K11 Musea. It has an amazing 270-degree high-altitude Victoria Harbour view. The set during restaurant week is only HK$500. It is the first choice for dating, anniversaries, and birthday parties.

1. ◽️Tuna & scallop sashimi top with caviar and seared salmon & salmon roe sushi?

The appetizer is sashimi & sushi platter! The ingredients are very fresh! The tuna is very oily! I also ordered a cuttlefish appetizer with green beans, which tasted fresh and tender~

2. ◽️Crab meat fusilloni with tomatoes, chili, lemon, and seasonal herbs?

This crab pasta is highly recommended! ! ! The pasta is cooked to perfection! The hardness is just right! The spiral pasta is very juicy, and each one is full of the fresh aroma of crab meat!

3. ◽️Grilled angus beef rib eye houraku-yaki, karashi mustard & teriyaki sauce?

For the main course, I chose rib eye steak and cod, both were very good! The rib eye tasted milky! It was a big portion! The marinated cod tasted very special! It was sweet, and I personally liked it.
