My impression of Cebu: beautiful scenery, modern cities, chaotic and dirty slums

Before coming to the Philippines, I didn't have much expectation for the city of Cebu. But after coming here, I found that the contrast here is far beyond my imagination. I don't know whether it should be a surprise or a shock. After Manila, Cebu is the second largest economic center in the Philippines.

There are many high-end areas, luxury villas and beautiful buildings here, but after a few steps, you will see a completely different scenery. A large number of slums, crowded streets, garbage piled up everywhere, countless stray dogs, and motorcycles and tricycles all over the streets. And these scenes are wonderfully integrated, without any traces, and you can see them at a turn

Although many local people do not have good living conditions, I have to say that they love life very much. Always enjoy every day with an optimistic attitude. Filipinos love to sing and are very friendly. Every time I encounter a problem, I can always get their enthusiastic help, and I have never felt any danger from them
