Xinglong Lake Park in Chengdu has beautiful greenways and scenic views along the way!
I didn't expect to see the 'ocean' in Chengdu. My friends looked at the photos and thought I was going to a coastal city, but they didn't expect it to be in Chengdu! But don't tell me, at first glance, it really looks like the pinnacle of Hong Kong. When the weather is good, any photo you take will look like a super blockbuster ‼️ Two photo points with the widest field of view: 1. Lakefront Square: There are no obstacles, and the entire Xinglong Lake water area is unobstructed (Figure 2-6). 2. Planning Department of Tianfu New Area: There is a large platform at the highest point around Xinglong Lake, overlooking Xinglong Lake. This is where I used to stand (Figure 9-13)Other photo locations: 1. CITIC Hubin Bookstore: Known as the "book that falls on the lake", no reservation is required now (Figure 7). 2. Landscape Bridge: On the other side of the bridge, there is a small orange bridge with a panoramic view (Figure 8). 3. Hard ground coffee: Outdoor camping style, indoor industrial style, you can drink coffee on the shore (Figure 17). These attractions are mainly concentrated in the West Bank Lakefront Square and the South Bank. There is also a camping beach and an extreme park on the north shore. The east coast is an observation deck for watching sunsets. Next time, I will go take a look~
The lake trail is 8.8 kilometers long, and it takes about 2-3 hours to walk one lap. Running is expected to take 1 hour, and if you walk and walk at the same time, it will take more than 3 hours. The greenway is very beautiful, with scenery all the way~We walked halfway and couldn't walk anymore. We can walk to the roadside, take the bus around the lake, and go both ways to Xinglong Lake subway station. Very convenient.
Other travel tips: Pets are prohibited from entering Xinglong Lake, and you cannot ride on the Xinglong Lake Greenway. The dedicated bike lane is outside, and there are many stations selling snacks and drinks inside. The toilets are also clean and tidy. This is indeed a new district. Parking Lot: Tianfu New Economic Industrial Park C and D underground parking lots, Tianfu Talent Center underground parking lot ⇒ Adjacent to Hubin Square, Subway: Exit B of Metro Line 1 "Xinglong Lake" Station, facing towards Hubin Square. Exit B of Xinglong Station on Metro Line 18, heading towards Xinglong Changtan. The panoramic view of Xinglong Lake is shown in the last photo, which also indicates the shooting location. Find a good weather, close your eyes, and set off quickly.
