Man Moi Thao Dien is a must-try restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City
Occasionally I came across a recommendation from someone. There are two branches, this one is in the third district, and there is another one in Taodian. As soon as I arrived, I found that the architectural style of the hotel was very interesting, with a Spanish Gaudi style. The first floor is a gift shop, the second floor is said to be a vegetarian restaurant, and the third floor is a regular restaurant. The layout inside is also very lazy and casual. The three of us ordered a few dishes
A Crispy rice cak with pâte and pork floss
A Green papaya salad with Dong Thap's ox jerky
A Sauteed tonkin creeper with beef - I can't help but come back to recommend this dish again. It is fragrant and refreshing. If you like vegetables, you can't go wrong.
A 2-style duck breast (Pan- fried and grilled with galangal)
A Grilled brook sturgeon
Each dish is very delicate and delicious. I wanted to order the big tiger prawns, but later I found out that one of the dishes needs to be ordered one day in advance, which is a pity. In the end, the drink cost about $1.95 million VND, which is not cheap in Vietnam, but it is really not expensive for this level. Highly recommended!
