It's delicious. That's the best thing about this restaurant. It wasn't the most varied, but the dishes I ate were some of the best in the buffet. The foie gras is very delicious, especially the bread underneath, which has a rich creamy aroma. Sea urchins, very fresh. Fried ribbon, yummy. The salt-grilled prawns are the biggest I've ever seen in a buffet or even a kebab! The roast goose is also of good quality! No less than Cantonese restaurants.
