Visit the Ho Chi Minh War Remnants Museum, which displays many weapons and equipment used by the US military during the Vietnam War
The Ho Chi Minh War Remnants Museum, the square displays many combat tanks and other weapons used by the US military during the Vietnam War. In the museum exhibition hall, the first floor displays historical materials and pictures of countries around the world and international groups supporting Vietnam's anti-US war, as well as model prisons of the Vietnam War. The second floor shows the crimes committed by the US military in Vietnam during the occupation of Vietnam, including the massacre of civilians, bombing of buildings, and the use of Agent Orange, which brought profound suffering to the Vietnamese people. The third floor exhibition hall shows the pain brought to the Vietnamese people by the use of Agent Orange by the US military, as well as the practices of countries around the world in pursuing peace after the Vietnam War, and the reflection on the Vietnam War. The entire museum shows a panoramic view of Vietnam's invasion by the US military in the 1960s and 1970s.What shocked me was that almost all the visitors were foreigners. They may have known little about the Vietnam War before visiting, including me. I only knew that it was one of the local hot wars during the Cold War, but those who have visited will definitely have a deeper understanding of the Vietnam War, understand the crimes of the US military, and sigh that peace is hard-won.
