The mice have been eating and living with the animals unscrupulously, and they can be regarded as eating a regular meal. The park is still being gradually renovated. I saw the newly built animal luxury apartment on the edge of the park. No members have moved in yet, and the decoration has not been completed. The whole park is not big, and it takes about two hours to visit. There are many vendors in the Artiodactyl area selling carrot strips and green leaves. You can buy them and feed the animals yourself. Compared with those rough and piercing food, this is equivalent to a delicate afternoon tea, which is very attractive. The deer will chase you.
The most numerous animals are monkeys. The monkeys here have also developed a set of skills to please tourists. When they see people coming, they swing and hang on the horizontal bar, aim at the egg yolk pie in people's hands, and hide snacks when they see the administrator. I have to say that the animals are well-fed, from mice to lions, tigers and crocodiles, they are all quite strong and even fat, and in good spirits. Again, there are no attractions in Hanoi, so don't have too high expectations. It is still worth going for a casual stroll and leisure, after all, the air quality here is a little better.
Overall, the venue is relatively old, and most of it is still tightly fenced with iron mesh, which affects the perception and is also quite depressing for animals. It would be better to update all of them with glass walls. There are about 40 species of animals, which is still a bit too few for a zoo in the capital. The environment is okay, and there is no odor. It feels not as fun as the zoo in Ho Chi Minh. It's not about the degree of modernization and facility construction. The Ho Chi Minh Zoo is more humanistic and natural.
