PG Island in Manila, Philippines, a happy place to learn diving certification
After playing in the city for two days in Manila, I came to an island more than two hours away from the city to experience diving...The name of the island is: pg Island
This Qingfeng Hotel is a good hotel on the island. Every room is a sea view room. The sea view you see every morning when you open the door is really beautiful. This hotel seems to be specially for Chinese people. There is no need to worry about language barriers. The housekeeper and the boss are Chinese. I have to sigh whether the chef of the hotel is also a Chinese. The Chinese food prepared for us every time tastes very authentic. You must try the stir-fried pork and pepper fried pork, as well as onion beef, and Chinese noodles for breakfast. The taste is so authentic!
You can tell the front desk in advance to prepare dinner. It is not too comfortable to eat dinner on the beach while enjoying the sunset. See Figure 7⃣️. There will also be music performances and muscular men stripping bonfire performances. I don't need to say more about these words.
Let's get back to the point, haha. The hotel has a dedicated and responsible coach to take you to experience diving. You will love it as long as you go diving once. After changing clothes, you will go down to the swimming pool for about 20 minutes to half an hour of teaching. The coaches include Chinese coaches and Filipino coaches, and there will be Filipino sparring partners, as well as photographers! They will go into the sea with you, don't worry about it. Four of our six people were diving for the first time. They went down for about half an hour. The deepest was 13 meters under the sea. They were all fine.
The hotel also has a snack shop. It is not very complete now. There are only ice cream and instant noodles, but there are local and Chinese brands. I have to praise it. We ate ramen as midnight snack every night. I feel so happy.
If you are tired at night, you can also ask the front desk to order a massage for you. It is a Philippine massage. It only costs 600 pesos. I think it is worth it. Here is a reminder to prepare change. After the massage, if you give the locals change, she will tell you that she has no money to change. Of course, if you think the massage is good, it doesn't matter to give a tip~
You can also make an appointment to go to the sea on the island. It is a slightly larger cruise ship than the domestic one. The front desk will also prepare seasickness medicine, so the probability of seasickness will be reduced~
