I’ve been there three times, which is probably a little more than the number of times some surrounding residents go to Osaka in a year? But I have only been to Namba, Shinsaibashi, and Umeda, and every time I am bound to get lost in the maze of Hankyu and Hanshin.Osaka is a living Osaka, and the food is better than in Tokyo. I stood and ate croquettes at a takoyaki shop, found a cafe in an alley to sit down, and tasted my current favorite bowl of hotpot-yaki udon at a noodle shop and lamented that the time we spend together is always short.
