鮨かぜのぎ Sea urchin sushi sprinkled with gold dust at Sushi Kazenogi in Osaka, Japan

Osaka is indeed a place of luxury and extravagance.
A newly opened restaurant hidden near Shinsaibashi.
It is really delicious and fun. The owner is Korean and speaks very good Chinese.
Very humorous. The whole session lasted about two and a half hours.
I laughed so hard the whole time.
I didn't expect to eat sea urchin sushi sprinkled with gold powder.
The whole world is blingbling. I experienced the treatment of returning to Disney princesses. It is full of ritual.
The amount of caviar is so much that it can be described as a mushroom cloud.
It is paired with crab meat and jelly vinegar, and finally drizzled with gold foil honey. It is delicious.

The tuna belly is paired with salmon roe and drizzled with egg liquid. It is not greasy at all.
The ingredients are all seasonal and fresh selected by the owner every day at the market.
Fish, shellfish, shrimp, etc. are not only delicious, but also very particular in cooking.

The sushi is smoked and grilled with charcoal from Wakayama🪵, and the aroma is fragrant.
And their sushi will be added with mullet roe, which is a little trick to add points.
The last dessert is iced black truffles with vanilla nut ice cream. Just eat it without making a sound!
