Hong Kong Kitchen is the restaurant with the best business next to the seafood market. It is still full after 8 pm, and the restaurant provides seafood processing services. Although the seafood itself is very fresh, the processing of Hong Kong Master Cook is the icing on the cake.



Recommendation 1: The fresh and fishy sea grapes are much larger than what I saw in Okinawa. Garnish with a little tomato and onion and serve directly.
Recommendation 2: A lobster. The shrimp meat can be used as sashimi. The sweet taste is so fascinating. The shrimp heads and tails can be cooked into porridge, bringing the taste of the sea to ordinary white porridge.
Recommendation 3: There are many ways to eat crabs. The most common one is to steam them directly to retain the deliciousness of the crabs.

Rakuten Dynasty is a Singaporean restaurant that started in 2002 and currently has 60 branches in 9 overseas countries. It always feels weird to eat Singaporean brand Chinese food in Manila, but I have to say that the staple food dishes are creative and thoughtful, and worth a try.




Recommendation 1: Colorful buns are the signature of Rakuten. The buns have different skins and different flavors. The brightest red is the chili flavor. You need to eat the buns in order, from light to dark, and the layering will come out.

Recommendation 2: The spring rolls are crispy on the outside and full of fillings. Every bite leaves oil in your mouth, so be careful as it burns your mouth.
Recommendation 3: Remove the core of the red dates, add glutinous rice, and season with sugar juice. It will be soft and chewy, much lighter than expected.
