Shanghai Jinmao Grand Hyatt/A place where you will never come back...
The Grand Hyatt Hotel is a place where you will never come back. It has too many flaws. This includes but is not limited to (1. The hotel opened too early and the facilities are very old, 2. The catering service does not meet industry standards at all, 3. The TV and smart home are very outdated and not modern, just like Nokia's high-end mobile phones, 4. There are significant security risks, and the location is convenient. The sockets often experience power outages and short circuits.).The lobby on the 54th floor and the Jiuchongtian restaurant and lounge can only see white mist on cloudy days, but the scenery on sunny days should be given full marks. But the service and food at the Grand Hyatt hotel are really poor. The service is too poor, affecting people's mood. The breakfast at Grand Regency is very limited, and they are really good at reducing meal costs. Except for salad bread and Noodles in soup, everyone has the same meal on their plate. The only available fruits are poor honeydew and dragon fruit, and the replenishment speed is very slow. The taste is average. My boyfriend and I are going to the 56th floor to see a restaurant. We want to spend more money to eat elsewhere.
Unexpectedly, the most unhappy thing happened in Shanghai. We were about to go shopping when we went downstairs to the 56th floor, it was probably already three o'clock. When I looked at the restaurant on the first floor, the catering service had already ended and the waiter was cleaning up. I specifically asked the front desk if it was possible to take a look, and I received a positive response. The answer is, I was walking around the restaurant and before leaving, I was a little thirsty. I took half a glass of juice from the water bar (I also asked if I could drink it because I had already eaten leftovers after lunch).
At this moment, the manager walked over. When I asked, 'Do I need to show you the bill?' the manager said that we only provide services for guests dining on the 56th floor and asked me again if I needed a bill, I felt confused. I can understand that the catering service has ended and I don't want guests to stay anymore, but as a tenant, I asked in advance when entering the restaurant to drink juice. If the hotel no longer provides services, then we will definitely not disturb them anymore. (I must add here that the hotel's juice is very poor, and the taste of breakfast is like water.) My emotional intelligence is really low, and my attitude is really annoying. This also indicates that our restaurant can only be booked one day in advance.
The hotel cleaners are very considerate. She comes every day to ask if she needs to do laundry. Once I forgot to tell her to clean the room, but when I came back, the room was already clean. Everything is tidy up, the water supply is replenished, and the bed and countertop are clean~The Grand Hyatt Shanghai Jiangjing Hotel costs nearly $250 per night, which is equivalent to a hotel that costs about $100 I will never come again
