Jinmao Grand Hyatt is a place you will never come back to again. It has too many flaws. Including but not limited to (1️⃣The hotel opened too early and the facilities are very old, 2️⃣The food service is not up to industry standards at all, 3️⃣TVs and smart homes are very backward and unmodern, like Nokia senior phones, 4️⃣Safety hazards are quite large, and the location is convenient The sockets often have power outages and short circuits) The lobby on the 54th floor and the Jiuchongtian Restaurant and Lounge can only see white mist on a cloudy day, but the scenery on a clear day should be full marks. But the service and food at Grand Hyatt are really bad❗️❗️The service is so bad that it affects people's mood. The breakfast at Grand Regency is extremely small, and they are really good at keeping the meal costs down👍. Apart from salad bread and soup noodles, everyone has the same meal on their plates. The only fruits available are miserable honeydew melon and dragon fruit, and the replenishment is super slow. The standard is that of a hotel in my hometown's county town, and the breakfast types are the same every day. Except for the small buns, the rest are exactly the same, and the taste is average. My boyfriend and I were about to go to the 56th floor to check out the restaurants. We thought we would pay extra to eat somewhere else. Unexpectedly, the most unhappy thing in Shanghai happened. It must have been about three o'clock when we were going to go shopping and went downstairs to go to the 56th floor. When I looked at the restaurant on the first floor, the catering service had ended and the waiters were cleaning up. I specifically asked the front desk if I could take a look, and I got a yes. The answer was that I walked around the restaurant and before leaving, I was a little thirsty and grabbed half a glass of juice at the water bar (I also asked if I could drink it, as I was already in the state of having leftovers after lunch). At this time, the manager came over. I was confused when I asked "Do I need to show you the bill?" The manager expressed that we only provide services to guests dining on the 56th floor, and asked again if I wanted a bill. I can understand that the catering service has ended and I don't want guests to stay anymore, but as a tenant, I asked in advance when entering the restaurant and drinking juice. If the hotel no longer provides services, then we will definitely not disturb them anymore. (I have to add here that the hotel's juice is quite subpar and tastes like water in the breakfast) The emotional intelligence is really low and the attitude is really annoying😡 It also indicates that our restaurant can only be opened one day in advance reserve. I saw group buying on Douyin as soon as I left the hotel. Even if the restaurant is not full for dinner, you can make a reservation directly as a tenant if you call us. I don’t know why I disagreed with the manager about “reservation must be made one day in advance”. I hung up the phone and felt terrible, but it was a blessing in disguise that I had a super delicious meal at Sinan Mansion ^_^ The cleaning lady at the hotel was very considerate. She came every day to ask if she wanted to do laundry. One time she forgot to tell her to clean up the room, but when she came back, the room was clean. She folded the clothes that were thrown away and even played with the messy cards of Monopoly. Everything has been put away, the water supply has been replenished, and the beds and countertops are clean~ The Grand Hyatt Regency Shanghai River View that costs almost 2,000 a night is actually equivalent to a hotel that costs about 700 ~ ^_^ I will never come again, go Rat! ! ! ! Services are still divided by people. Some doormen and waiters will just say hello, while others will ignore you. You should give your hotel unified training. |
