Yakitori Hachichome(烧き鳥八丁目) , BBQ izakaya in the late night restaurant in Asahikawa

At night in Asahikawa, Tokyo, Japan, I found an old yakitori restaurant with a full atmosphere of a late-night canteen. When I went there, it was full, so the clerk told me to come back in 20 minutes. I went back to the restaurant and found that it was still full, and most of them were local regulars. I searched 4.6 on Google maps, which was great.

There are many types of menus. My companion and I basically ordered one. This skewers are different from what I have eaten in other izakayas. The sauce is not very salty and the taste is moderate. The skewers can be grilled with salt or sauce. The heat control and ingredients are very good. The chicken is the most delicious! The charcoal fire is very fragrant! Very fragrant and tender, the chicken tail is crispy on the outside and crispy on the inside, fat but not greasy. The must-orders include chicken skin, chicken neck meat, chicken sticks (the small crispy bones inside are fun to chew), golden salt grilled mustard chicken skewers (the pungent mustard flavor and the tender chicken thighs blend well, and a glass of draft beer is perfect for a late night. We ordered more dishes later.

If you are not full or want to eat light, you can also choose oden, the soup is also fresh and sweet, the radish is tender and juicy, the konjac shreds are crispy, etc.! They are all delicious, just order what you like
