The Hyatt Regency Hua Hin Resort Hotel occupies a large area, with about 20 to 30 small houses distributed along the beach. There is a particularly beautiful swimming pool with twists and turns, which is the biggest highlight. There is even a particularly long slide 🛝 Even adults can play in the swimming pool.
I was given a room with a balcony, which is very spacious. The highlight is that the bathroom bathtub has dark wooden sliding doors on both sides that can be closed, forming an independent opaque space, which is very safe. It is very close to the Cicada Night Market, on the left hand side of the hotel entrance.
Breakfast was given a 50% discount, charging 600 baht, probably because of single occupancy. It is very rich, with many choices and tastes very good. It is open until 11 o'clock on holidays and weekends. The environment and food are very good, and it feels completely worth it. When the waiter asks for tea or coffee, you can ask them to serve Thai tea.
The sea in Hua Hin is not particularly blue, and the beach is not very golden. It is really average compared to other places in Thailand. But it is more convenient to be close to Bangkok. There are 2 disadvantages: The check-in and check-out procedures at the front desk are very slow and you have to queue up. The terrible thing is that the lobby is outdoors and there is no air conditioning. It was quite painful to wait for more than ten minutes or even longer in the temperature in Thailand. In addition, the customer service staff's English was very poor. I asked them to borrow scissors, and they said they would send them, but there was no movement at all.
