Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou West Lake·Jinsha Hall
In my impression, Jinsha Hall and Guiyu Shanfang are the most popular hotels in Hangzhou The two most famous Hangzhou cuisines. Personally, I think Jinsha Restaurant is more delicious and convenient to make a reservation.
The environment is a traditional Chinese restaurant feel.
The foie gras pancake with scallion oil in the upper right corner is the signature and very famous. The braised abalone pork in the lower left corner is my favorite. The bamboo shoots inside are particularly delicious and the sauce is perfectly seasoned. On the other hand, I have tried several desserts at Sands Restaurant, and they are all average. The desserts at Xin Rong Ji are also average. I don’t know if this is a common problem in Chinese restaurants.

Guiyu Mountain House
The environment of Guiyu Mountain House is very good, as shown in the picture. But I think the taste is not as good as Sands Restaurant. I only remember that one dish of Mrs. Song’s fish soup was okay.

You can also draw lots inside.

My mother always wants to order the sea urchin and tofu stew wherever she goes, but I don’t think the Guiyu Shanfang restaurant is delicious.

Benyi·Zi·Wagyu Roast Pork
A high-end Japanese barbecue on the first floor of Huanglong Hotel, The service attitude is very good. The wagyu truffle sandwich tasted good, but was too filling. In the second picture, the stinky tofu is served with sea urchin. There is sweet noodle sauce in the test tube, and you have to squeeze it out yourself. It’s so interesting.
The environment is also very special and dark, which is very good.

Internet celebrity burger restaurant, American style decoration suitable for taking pictures , their beef burgers are delicious, the beef is very good, but I think the best thing is that their Coke is delicious.
But it is still relatively similar to a fast food restaurant.

Zidong Woxi
+1 for my favorite coffee shop in Hangzhou, the first time I know there is 999 Yuan's hand-brewed coffee, but the milk coffee in this shop is delicious enough.
The environment of this store is also very good, cool and clean. Coffee lovers should not miss it.

FiNaRestaurant&Bistro
The Brunch I want to recommend is in Hangzhou Tower. The environment is good, the taste is good, and every dish is above the standard.
What I ate at that time was Longjing shrimp pizza. It is not a signature pizza but it is indeed the pizza that is most in line with Hangzhou characteristics. The pizza base is delicious. The only regret is that I don’t like shrimp very much. The mushrooms in the Wagyu Beef Internet Celebrity Bowl are delicious, the beef in the Double-Decker Beef Spicy Peanut Butter Burger is super delicious, tender and juicy, and the spiciness is well balanced with the peanut butter. The stewed eggs in the North African Steak and Egg Stew are delicious and there are some hidden things inside. with eggplant.

AbutlambSpecialty coffee Octagonal Cup Coffee
There are many chain stores of Octagonal Cup️ coffee in Hangzhou. I went to the open coffee shop on the fifth floor of Block D of Hangzhou Building. I was immediately attracted by the name of the coffee. There is [ Hawthorn Love], [Pride and Prejudice], [Journey to the Center of the Earth], [Up], etc. The menu also includes descriptions of the raw materials and taste of the coffee, but I didn’t drink any of the above. I drank a glass of Panama Elvira Geisha, and I began to feel the charm of hand brewing more and more. It tasted great. Energy-saving lamp SOE, almost layered.


Peacock Sichuan Cuisine
Peacock is my favorite Sichuan restaurant in Shanghai, but the first time I ate it was in Mixc in Hangzhou. Because I was in such a hurry to eat, the photos I took were average, but the two dishes were pretty good, caviar, glutinous rice, camphor tea duck recipe, and cod healthy lion head.
The former can be said to be the replacement of the signature dish of Hakkasan in Shanghai that I have eaten: caviar, foie gras and crispy duck rolls. The latter is very generous, and in my case, not one person can eat it. There were not many other dishes that impressed me deeply. The ice powder was average and the bullfrog was very, very spicy. Overall, I think it's not as delicious as the Peacock I had in Shanghai.

Went here because of the reputation, but a very disappointed family , the taste in the picture is all mediocre. The store on Pinghai Road is very small, has no WiFi, and the air conditioning is not working well in the summer. Isn’t it a bit outrageous?
I don’t know if there is any improvement now.

Bamboo Coffee
Summer is the season for eating bayberries. This coffee shop is a little difficult. It's hard to find, but the inside of the coffee shop is very comfortable. During the bayberry season, bayberry cakes are provided, and the coffee is delicious. I was not disappointed.

A very popular cake shop in Hangzhou, cakes All require reservations in advance. My friends who love pastry said they liked it after eating it.

CHOCMONS
Chocolate Head is a great place to go for bakery, cinnamon rolls and cookies relatively famous. There are few places in the store, so it is suitable for take away.

Hangzhou Xianghu Xiaoyao Manor
Dengdendenden~ Let me introduce to you my current favorite in Hangzhou resort hotel. This hotel is located in the Xianghu Scenic Area in Hangzhou. When we arrived at Xiaoyao Manor, the first thing that greeted us was the man-made waterfall.

The hotel is designed with a Japanese-style courtyard, a "dry landscape" style, which really appeals to my aesthetic taste.




I feel very comfortable on vacation. Let’s have a cup of coffee when we arrive.

We had lunch at the hotel's Shuiyang Chinese Restaurant. Because I was full after drinking coffee, it was quite late for me to have lunch with my mother. There were only two of us in the lobby. Looking at the red leaves outside the window, It's like the artistic conception in Faye Wong's song.
I didn’t have high hopes for the hotel’s Chinese restaurant. If the price was high, it wouldn’t be too unpalatable. This one was surprisingly good.

In the afternoon we went around Xiang Lake and took a boat ride. There was an explanation on the boat, but unfortunately I didn’t listen much. I was only interested when I heard about the museum, but the instructor said that the museum was closed recently, sad.

The room is also very nice. This was taken from the balcony of the room.

For breakfast the next day, when I walked in and saw how high the ceiling was, I loved it. Hahaha, I just love the spacious feeling! It doesn't seem that important whether the breakfast is delicious or not.
I really like this hotel and highly recommend it to everyone!

Dongfu Restaurant
We also went to eat at this Cantonese restaurant near the hotel. Because there were relatively few people, the two of us also sat in a private room. I particularly like the atmosphere presented in the picture.
A super delicious restaurant, the shark fin is especially delicious (╹ڡ╹ ). There is also this store in downtown Hangzhou.

The view when I walked out of the restaurant after dinner. On this winter night, the lake is calm and there is no one around, so I can watch the reflection of the branches with you. Not for the lights on the shore or the reflection in your hands, the sound of your footsteps is the most beautiful.

Grand Hyatt Hotel
The hotel by the West Lake is super easy to live in. When you walk out of the door, you will see beauty. The West Lake is next to the in 77 business district, and I feel better.
