The Ritz Carlton Chengdu Hotel is the worst Ritz hotel in China, with very poor service!

This is my fifth time in Chengdu, and I want to visit the renowned Ritz Carlton Hotel in Chengdu. I have always heard that this Ritz is the worst Ritz in China. Based on my actual experience, the hardware is quite satisfactory. I personally think it is newer than Guangzhou Ritz Hotel. However, there is indeed a lot of room for improvement in this service. The concierge at the entrance seems to have insufficient training. When we got off the car, the concierge was helping the previous guest move their luggage in. When we arrived, no one helped unload our luggage. Perhaps the service at other Ritz hotels is too good, but when you go to this hotel, you can feel a noticeable difference.

Firstly, most of the service personnel you encounter will not proactively greet you. There are no welcome fruits in the room. You must call to request it before arriving. This is a standard welcome letter. Compared to other Ritz hotels, many of them have handwritten welcome letters. This is really important. The reason for becoming a gold medal member. Recently, the Marriott system has encountered another issue. The decoration of the hotel is actually quite outstanding and meets Liz's standards. The location is pretty good. Chunxi Road is within walking distance. Eating nearby is also very convenient. The size of the room is average, and the city view outside the window is very ordinary.
