This is my fifth visit to Chengdu and I want to check out the "long-famous" Ritz-Carlton Chengdu[Laughter and Cry R][Laugh and Cry R] I have always heard that this Ritz is the flooring of domestic Ritz. After my actual experience, the hardware is quite satisfactory. I personally think it is newer than the Guangzhou Ritz. However, the service does have a lot of room for improvement. The concierge staff at the door seems to be insufficiently equipped. We When we got off the bus, the concierge was helping the previous guest take the luggage in. When we arrived, there was no one to help unload the luggage. Maybe other Ritz services are too good, but you can feel the obvious difference when you go to this one. First of all, most of the service staff you meet will not take the initiative to say hello. There is no welcome fruit in the room. You have to call to ask for it before it is delivered. And then there is no welcome fruit in the room. It is a standard welcome letter. Compared with other Ritz hotels, many of them have handwritten welcome letters. It really makes a difference.[Laughter and Cry R] The reason for being a gold member. Recently, the Marriott system has been having trouble again [Laughter and Crying][Laughing and Crying R] The decoration of the hotel is actually quite remarkable and is in line with Ritz standards, but it is not outstanding. The location is pretty good. Chunxi Road is within walking distance. It’s also very convenient to eat nearby. The room is of average size and the city view outside the window is super ordinary[Laughter and CryR][Laughter and CryR]<span > Of course you have to eat out when you come to Chengdu, so I didn’t buy a lounge, so I won’t comment on this aspect.
