Beijing Atour Hotel, room facilities and bathrooms are too old!

The accommodation experience at Atour Hotel was the worst. I read someone saying that Atour is not the third layer of S. This hotel feels worse than a regular Atour. Firstly, the hotel is located at the intersection of the main road, and the floors are still very high. I live in a room on both sides of the tenth floor with windows. You can trust the noise and fighting of night and morning. Secondly, the room facilities and bathroom are too old. This is an ordinary flush toilet. The faucet on the sink doesn't have hot water, I don't know why. The mineral water provided in the room is also packaged in small bottles.

Finally, let's talk about other facilities in the hotel. There is no gym. The laundry room is very small. When I went to do laundry, there were more than ten bags of clothes waiting for me on the shelf, so I had to write a card with the room number and put it in the laundry bag. However, when I went to look for clothes at night, I found that there were still many bags of clothes on the shelf. My clothes were not washed as expected, but the cards were missing.

The breakfast on the first floor is also very junk, and this place looks like it was borrowed from someone else's restaurant. There were few seats and few items, so I went late and the weather was almost very cold. Late night Congee is available on the second floor. There are porridge and Salted duck egg with vegetables. I was late that day and there was nothing. The front desk waiter poured me a cup of hot milk. This is the only thing that makes me feel comfortable during my stay of a few days.
