My fifth visit to Chengdu was at the renowned Ritz Carlton Hotel in Chengdu. I am quite satisfied with the actual experience and hardware. Personally, I think it is newer than the Ritz Hotel Guangzhou, but there is indeed a lot of room for improvement in the service. The number of etiquette personnel at the entrance seems insufficient. No one will help unload the goods. Perhaps Liz's other services are too good. Firstly, most service personnel who meet will not proactively greet or inquire. There are no welcome fruits in the room. Compared to many other Ritz hotels, the welcome letter of the Four Seasons Hotel will have a handwritten welcome letter. The hotel decoration is actually excellent, in line with Reese's standards, but not very colorful. The geographical location is quite good, just a walk from Chunxi Road, and dining in the surrounding area is very convenient. The area of the room is quite ordinary. Of course, when you come to Chengdu, you have to eat outside, so you won't buy a lounge, so you won't evaluate it either.
