When there is time to come to Changsha for two days, we have checked the hotel in Changsha in advance. The travel requirements are clean, quiet and some quality. I looked around and found a lot of Yatu hotels and huanzhi hotels, one of which Huangxing South Road Pedestrian Street shop looked good, so I booked it. This time the reservation is one night Yatu hotel and one night huanzhi hotel, the price of both is similar, so this time we mainly compare these two hotels.

1. Front desk service: Yatu Hotel Hotel, 9 points, the front desk is warm and efficient, and the key information is concise and clear, which is the quality Yatu should have. huanzhi Hotel, 5pts, reception is very good attitude, but the efficiency is very low, I arrived at the store at 3pm, failed to check in. I recorded it twice before I recorded the ID. The attitude was very good, but the overall experience was relatively poor. They gave us a room to rest first, then changed rooms, and we waited for about two hours.

2. The room. Yatu: 8 points, high-end big bed room, the room is not large but reasonable layout, comfortable mattress pillows, good details, the bathroom is both wet and dry, the room has no odor, clean and quiet. huanzhi: 6 points. In the beginning, it was a big bedroom. The rooms are crowded and the transport lines are not reasonable. There aren't many places to put things. The mattress and pillows in the room are in good condition. The sheets are a little rough, the details are mediocre. I later moved to a bigger room, which smelled of smoke, and the bathroom door wasn't closed tightly.

3. Service. The laundry room is on the second floor at 9 PM and the laundry service is at 12 PM. Soon, a worker came to collect the clothes. When I get up in the morning, I wash and dry my clothes and hang them by the door. huanzhi: At 1 o 'clock, the laundry room is on the 7th floor, we live on the 3rd floor, so guests can't go to the 7th floor to wash clothes. The hotel claims to offer a 24-hour laundry service and the clothes are washed at 12 p.m. At 10:30 the next day, I asked the front desk that it wasn't dry yet and that it would take another hour. An hour later, she asked her to bring the clothes. Reception said there was a dress that wasn't drying, so we got a hair dryer. The whole process is back and forth, which makes people feel very tired.

People who come to stay at the Joy Hotel are basically couples or best friends. It did attract young people when reading the introduction, but the experience was really not satisfactory. Afternoon tea is just some small cakes in an open fridge. Overall, there was a premium on price, service and detail that didn't keep up with my goals. The lady at the front desk was very kind, but she didn't solve the problem very well.
