Bingxiang, Tainan’s exclusive strawberry ice cream, 🍓perfect combination of strawberry and brulee

Bingxiang, the owners are two lovely old grandfather and grandmother. Many people come to this shop to eat ice cream every day. If you want to eat the winter limited edition strawberry ice cream, you must line up at the door around 8:30 in the morning to get a number plate. After getting it, you can choose to dine after 2:30 pm on the same day.

Today is Saturday. There were already many people lining up when I was there at around 8:30. Luckily, there were still some left when it was my turn. There are fewer strawberries recently, so if you want to eat some, you must come early. The strawberry ice cream is really good looking and comes with pudding. The strawberries are all fresh and big, not the kind from canned jam! It is really delicious when paired with condensed milk strawberry jam, and the price is cheap, so it is completely worth the money. If it weren't for the limited quantity and the need to get up early to queue, I would really like to eat it every day.
