Three pots: Zhangjiajie's signature dish, bacon, tripe and other ingredients are stir-fried over high heat and then stewed. The aroma is rich and spicy, super addictive, and super delicious!
Rice noodles: the first choice for breakfast! The rice noodles are smooth and chewy, with rich toppings such as beef and spare ribs. Every bite is tasty and the soup is super delicious.
Artemisia Baba: A traditional snack in western Hunan, made from young leaves of Artemisia and glutinous rice flour, with sweet and salty flavors. The sweet bean paste filling is not greasy, and the salty bacon and wild vegetable filling is super fragrant.
Blood Baba Duck: The duck meat is firm and the blood baba is soft and glutinous. The combination of the two is salty and fragrant, and you can't stop eating one bite after another.
