DEUX Ermitage is the most cost-effective whisky bar I have ever been to in Hokkaido. The local barley from 1966, Glenfarclas from 1961, and Macallan from 1973, if they were in a bar in Tokyo, they would basically be astronomically expensive, but here, I would order a glass without hesitation. This will also be one of the bars I must visit every time I come to Hokkaido.
