Thailand, with Tourism as its pillar industry, has been attracting tourists from all over the world for its low prices, excellent supporting facilities and excellent services, making Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, a veritable "city that never sleeps". Among them, Bangkok's red-light district is world-famous and almost everyone knows it. So, what is the real Bangkok red-light district like? Today I will take you to see it with your own eyes!
The largest and most famous red-light district in Bangkok is probably the Patpong Night Market near the Silom subway station. Don’t think it’s just an ordinary night market. When you walk in, you will find that there are many “mysteries” hidden inside.
On the surface, this night market seems to be no different from other night markets that can be found all over Thailand. It sells small commodities that are suspected to be imported from Yiwu, China. If it weren’t for the presence of these Thai bosses, you would think you had Traveled back to China.
But before long, someone like the man in white in the photo will suddenly come towards you with a menu and keep muttering "Ping Pong Show" in your ear. Don't think that this so-called "Ping Pong Show" is for you to watch a "ping pong show". In fact, "Ping Pong Show" is a code word in Bangkok's red light district, used to refer to pornographic performances.
If you observe carefully, you will find that there are many relatively hidden small doors in Patpong Night Market. They usually look brightly colored and ambiguous, with dim lights. Needless to say, you should know what these places are for.
Half is a night market, and half is a nightclub used for pornographic performances. This is probably the most distinctive part of Bangkok's red light district, right?
In order to attract business, businesses can be said to have tried every possible means. Look at this nightclub, it even hung a large banner outside with the Chinese characters "I love Chinese" written on it. It really is a well-intentioned effort!
Since it is the largest red-light district in Bangkok, it must have more than just one night market. If you take a walk around the streets and alleys around Patpong Night Market, you will find that the area of this red-light district is really terrifyingly large, and each street and alley has a corresponding theme, targeting customers with different tastes.
For example, this is "Japan Street". The whole street looks like a low-end Japanese style. People inside speak Japanese to you naturally, and the relevant practitioners also have tastes and styles that Japanese people prefer.
In addition to various nightclubs, you will also find many sexy beauties (or handsome guys?) standing or sitting on the roadside.
If you don't just want to watch performances and have fun in the nightclub, it is said that these people on the street, whether male, female or neither male nor female, whether standing, sitting or neither standing nor sitting, as long as you are willing, you can basically pay to take them home directly.
However, you should be careful when you take someone home from a red-light district in Thailand, because it is really hard to know their true gender. Maybe he/she is a woman, but maybe he/she was not the current gender in the past, or even half-man and half-woman. You can't tell at all by looking at the appearance. So what should you do? I guess you can only rely on "luck"?
