This is our first time in Hanoi, and this hotel has brought us a great experience. The hotel has become very friendly and helpful after being taken over by the new supervisor. They started renovating the hotel, so the previous reviews are outdated. The hotel has a great location and reasonable prices. I gave it 4 stars because of other outstanding issues. I will definitely give it 5 stars next time I come!
