The Peak Bar experience on the 60th floor of the Hyatt Hotel in Manila. From the hotel lobby to the 60th floor, the service is meticulous. As soon as you enter the door, you can see the open kitchen, with almost no dead corners. The ingredients and cooking process are generously displayed to the guests, which is quite confident. The wine cabinet on the aisle is quite spectacular. For those who have a taste for and love wine, this place can definitely meet your needs.
I like the onion soup, cream-baked prawns, and crab cakes I ordered today. Peak's famous Wellington steak was changed to Wellington lamb chops after my discussion with the chef. It is really more tender. The mushrooms in the duck liver sauce set off the meaty aroma, and the mixed puff pastry is particularly delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. The two-story space design allows you to choose "The Peak Grill" for dining or "The Peak Bar" for a little drunken night view. Or like me, go for a drink after dinner and enjoy the diverse space design and different atmosphere.
