While Manila may not have as many massage parlours as Bangkok, there are still enough that you might need during your stay in the capital. They are usually located in KTV entertainment complexes. Therefore, this guide will be about small erotic massage parlours that offer a variety of different happy endings: masturbation, oral sex, and prostate massage (if you're into that).

Let me draw a comparison with Thailand: if you've been there, then you're probably used to sexy girls in short skirts yelling "Hello, sexy men! Welcome to massage!", and you can just look at the group of masseuses and choose one of them.

Things are slightly different in Manila.

First, the girls usually don't stand outside the parlor soliciting customers, but sit together in a room inside the parlor. So you can walk in and ask the front desk for services.

Second, if you ask them if they can see the girls to choose from, they will call them in pairs, that is, two girls at a time. If you like one of them, you can choose her immediately, if not, you can tell them and they will call the next two girls. These massage parlors usually have 6-10 girls to choose from.

Third, and most importantly: not all massage parlors provide a happy ending. Of the more than 30 different massage parlors I marked on the map, only about half of them will provide customers with masturbation or oral sex in exchange for tips.

Where to Find Happy Ending Massage Salons in Manila

The best chances of getting a happy ending are at the salons in Malate and on P Burgos Street. One particular place that specializes in prostate massage is called Abacca Spa, located in northern Makati. I will discuss it in more detail later in this guide.

I know this may sound a bit blunt, but I strongly recommend that you always ask the receptionist if they offer happy endings whenever you walk into a massage parlor. There is no need to be shy, she will always answer you politely, usually with a big smile on her face. However, in "clean" and "traditional" massage parlors, they are unlikely to give you a happy ending - sometimes it depends on the lady, whether she likes you, and whether she can resist five crisp 100-peso bills.

So let's get back to the topic I was about to discuss: where to get a "special massage" in Manila. Again, there are two main places:

Happy Ending Massage in Marat



Malate is one of the four red-light districts near Roxas Boulevard and Manila Bay, so it's no surprise that it has the most massage parlors in the area. You can take a taxi to Robinsons Malate, then walk four blocks south along Adriatico Street, then turn right, turn right again at the next corner, and walk north along Mabini Street, and you'll see more than a dozen massage parlors in this small area.

Don't be fooled by the super hot and sexy KTV girls standing outside the shops trying to seduce you (there are also Filipino doormen and street vendors, who are also annoying). It will cost you about twice as much to spend 2 hours with one of them - and of course, you won't cum (unless you want to masturbate in the toilet).

To be honest, most of the massage girls in Malate are not that attractive, but you never know. Just check out a few places, and if you don't like what you see, then you can leave again and nothing will happen. Unless people make some derogatory comments to you because you didn't buy their services. But this happens all the time, not just in massage parlors.

Happy Ending Massages on P Burgos Street



Next up is P Burgos Street, the most Touristy and western-looking street in Manila. It’s located in the modern Makati district, and you’ll also find many foreign restaurants, girl bars, hotels, and street hookers here. As such, there are several massage parlors right here on P Burgos Street that will give you a satisfying experience. Just check the updated locations on the map and you’ll know where to go.

Besides the regular massage parlors, there are also numerous girls and ladyboys on the street who will offer you a “massage, sir!” in your hotel room. Of course, they don’t really want to massage your back, but rather your penis. Most of them also offer sexual services – this is always negotiable, but you shouldn’t pay them more than 1,000 pesos, 1,500 at most. Also be careful when bringing them back to your room. Keep an eye on them at all times. You might even want to consider asking them to leave their ID at the hotel reception. The good thing about these freelancers though is that they’re cheaper because they don’t have to split the money with the massage parlor owner. This means you can easily get a handjob for 500 pesos.

Happy Ending Types and Prices in Manila

No matter where you go, the services offered and the prices are pretty much the same: The most common type of service is the "Swedish Massage" which costs 300-500 baht for 1 hour. This is a standard full body massage and they usually use essential oils. Usually, but not always. Again, double check as this can make masturbation more pleasurable (unless you want oral sex).

I would not be surprised if Abacca faces stiff competition in the near future, as they are very popular, the services they offer are very straightforward, their services are very professional, the staff is well trained, and the rooms are in great condition - they have proper massage beds, which is rare in erotic massage salons in Manila. They even offer free face masks with all services (your masseuse will ask if you want one before starting the exciting second part of the treatment).

I have only two things to criticize about Abacca: you cannot choose the girl. If you ask to do so, the receptionist will tell you that it is not possible because they are on shift, "but I will give you a good girl, sir." Yes, I know, that is quite an oxymoron. Anyway, from what I saw, all the masseuses were gentle, and when I left, a ladyboy came in to start her shift. I believe you can make requests for her if you want. Then you cannot touch the girl. She also does not take off her clothes. In fact, they are not dressed sexy at all, just in pink t-shirts. All in all, these are acceptable considering the excellent service.
