It is located in Roppongi Azabu Juban, the core of Tokyo's old money port area, 260 meters away from Tsutaya Bookstore (open until 23:00), the nearest subway is Azabu Juban Station, 1 km away from Tokyo Tower, 700 meters away from Roppongi Hills, 15 minutes walk to Tokyo Tower, 1.3 kilometers away from the National Art Center, there are many exhibitions to see. 25 minutes away from Harajuku, 20 minutes away from Shinjuku and Omotesando by subway, and there are many delicious izakayas and Internet celebrity noodle restaurants (Iruka) nearby.

The Lively Hotel has great facilities. It opened in 2019 with a light industrial style and avant-garde and fashionable design! The public lounge area is very fashionable, with chess at the bar, free self-service beer from 18:00 to 19:00 every day, and the room is 20 square meters, which is quite large in Tokyo!
