In addition to spending tens of thousands of room fees to stay at the Park Hyatt Kyoto queuing up to grab a seat at the Park Hyatt bar and spending a small amount of money on a large glass, there is another option to enjoy the beautiful sunset in Kyoto - Yasaka Japanese-style teppanyaki cuisine at the Park Hyatt Kyoto!
Book a dinner table at Yasaka Yasaka Restaurant in advance on Tablecheck. You can refer to Kyoto sunset time to choose a dining time (but choosing the first dinner scene can basically cover the sunset blues time, there is not much difference, or You can arrive early, everyone ends at the same time for the first session). It is recommended to choose the package with wine to get tipsy at sunset.
The quality of the iron plate is very high, and the view of Yasaka Tower is worth the price to a certain extent (it is still very expensive and painful). Itamae Cuisine is full of atmosphere, and you can really taste the hotpot (pan) gas. The two chefs are very smooth in their operations. Even the desserts have very dazzling ingredients, both in presentation and taste.
I didn’t confirm with the restaurant in advance, and because it was the first table, I was given the seat closest to the side. The middle seat is reserved for hotel guests, or you can shamelessly send an email asking the restaurant to keep the seat as close to the center as possible. The waitress is very nice and will help take photos!
The restaurant does not accept WeChat and Alipay. Remember to bring cash or visa or master card. At the end of the meal, the chef will also serve koluli (also delicious) at the door, which adds a sense of ceremony.
After the meal, you can leave the Park Hyatt in the direction of Yasaka Tower, Ninnenzaka, and Sannenzaka to eat and feel the deserted streets of Kyoto at night.
