I stayed at Conrad Hangzhou for three days this time. Let me talk about my experience: Advantages: 1. Not to mention location, it is located in the center of Qiantang River, adjacent to the Civic Center. You can see the Golden Globe next to Raffles City and Wanda Plaza, which is convenient for dining and shopping. If you get a well located room, you will also enjoy the scenery. The view of the executive lounge is very beautiful. If the weather is good, you can see the sunset Evening, night view It's also very beautifu. The dinner in the lounge is a buffet from Friday to Sunday (compared to hotels of the same level, there are too few types of buffet), and a set meal from Monday to Thursday. The package is different every day, and the package is also good. This time I am staying in the "Executive River View King Room". The main color of the room is dark purple. The location is great and the view is excellent. The hotel provided a bear and toiletries were provided by Byredo.

Disadvantage: The service is very poor, for example, the breakfast room capacity is limited, and we waited in line for three days after staying there for three days. On the first day, we lined up for 20 minutes. There were many diners, but they were not transferred to the lounge. When queuing, the man in front of me complained to the waiter at the door. The waiter glared at the person in front of me, which made me doubt whether the hotel staff had received formal training. The main reason why I won't stay at the Conrad Hotel in Hangzhou again is that after checking out on the third day, my bracelet fell on the table in my room. One hour after checking out, I contacted the hotel room service. I checked and a hotel staff member asked me to reply within 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, I proactively contacted him. The hotel asked if they had found it.

The hotel informed me that the staff has not yet arrived. I told the hotel that they would start working soon and asked them to reply to me as soon as possible. After another 10 minutes, they told me that the staff had gone to look for it but couldn't find it. I asked her if she was sure, and she said yes. I said if she was sure, I would apply (because I am 100% sure I left it in the room and didn't take it away), and then the hotel asked me to wait for a while to confirm. After waiting for another 10 minutes, they called me and told me that the bracelet was found in the room's trash can, and then the duty manager also called me. I asked him why it was in the trash can, and he replied, maybe I bumped the bracelet into the trash can, or maybe I accidentally bumped it into the trash can while cleaning. I thought for a moment, but due to working hours, the position where I put the bracelet is different from the direction of the trash can. I was very nervous, so I didn't ask any further questions or follow up, but it did affect my emotions. The entire process of this incident also made me feel the negative and negligent attitude of the frontline staff who answered the phone. This raises serious questions about whether the hotel's management and training are in place. I won't stay here anymore.
