This is my first time in Shanghai. In the past, I flew north from Hangzhou and Shanghai was under the route. During the climb, I could see a bird's eye view of Shanghai. This time I was really coming to Shanghai. The first thing I did when I came to Shanghai was to go to the Sihang Warehouse Memorial Hall to pay homage to the eight hundred heroes who were guarding the Sihang Warehouse. (Just like when you go to Yichang, you must go to the Yichang Anti-Japanese War Site next to the Three Gorges House, and when you go to Tengchong, you must go to the Western Yunnan Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall. Every time you go to a place with a famous Anti-Japanese War Memorial, I must go. This is my habit. It is also learned from history). In the Sihang Warehouse Memorial Hall, the detailed pictures and texts made me feel very tragic.

It was a heroic feat that every Chinese should remember forever. But these heroes failed to die well, which is very sad. Although there are only two floors of exhibition hall, I looked carefully for two hours and felt uneasy, especially looking at the 92-year-old Shen Ji's oral narration, "I witnessed with my own eyes that a soldier was covered in grenades, flew down from the sky, and exploded. The dead Japanese army..." I couldn't help but burst into tears. How brave and fearless this is, bowing to them! Outside the memorial hall, the sun is shining, and the good weather on the weekend makes everyone go out for a walk. I hope every Chinese will cherish the present and remember the heroes who sacrificed their lives to defend the country and nation.

In Shanghai, Lujiazui on the Bund is a must-check-in place, and the night view of the Magic City is indeed very shocking. I like to take the East Jin Line, from the Jinling East Road Ferry Crossing to the Dongchang Road Ferry Crossing in Pudong, then walk along the river through the Oriental Pearl Tower to the Taitongzhan Ferry Crossing, and take the Taigong Line back to the Puxi Gongping Road Ferry Crossing to the North Bund. This route can complete the entire Bund and Lujiazui along the river on the other side of the river, and enjoy the night view of both sides of the Greater Shanghai from different perspectives.

Yu Garden is small and exquisite, hidden in the downtown area, and it is worth seeing. The Yuyuan Mall Night Market at night is even more lively. Because the ticket price of Jing'an Temple is too expensive, it is enough to see it outside. The Soong Ching Ling Memorial Hall is next to the Wukang Building. I personally think it is worth visiting. Shanghai has been open for more than a hundred years, and there are a large number of historical buildings in the city, but they are either commercially opened stores or closed by people living in the doors, even if it is a certain former residence, they are not allowed to visit. Pudong Airport is too far from the city, and Tianfu Airport can only be ranked second. It only takes 90 minutes to fly from Guangzhou to Pudong, but it takes two hours to take the subway from Pudong to Wuzhong Road in the city. I will definitely land in Hongqiao next time. See you back in the Demon City!
