The only Asian top 100 bar in Hanoi. The Haflington is a little hard to find, hidden in a small alley. There are many people on weekends, including locals and foreign Tourists. Order a beer, smoke a cigar, and watch all kinds of pedestrians on the street. It feels very comfortable
