The Hanoi Opera House gives that feeling of little Paris since it was built during the French colonial period and designed also with an inspiration from the Garnier Opera House in Paris. The complete trio that was built in the wake of French colonization also includes the Hai Phong Opera House and Ho Chi Minh City Opera House.
It is the nationally adored opera house that is inspired by Garnier's Paris Opera House in the capital city of Paris and is a reflection of the performance space, stairways, hallway, etc. in and around the 20th-century European style of architecture. It has also borrowed a great many ancient Greek architectural styles, making for an unusual project in Europe. The stage is large and there are 870 seats in its auditorium furnished with either leather or down.
The Hanoi Opera House is also considered one of the most suitable venues for art performances and definitely a place not to be missed by tourists which contributes immensely to its architectural and artistic values.
