Travel to Puka Beach in Boracay, Philippines, with few people and beautiful scenery

Puka Beach, also known as Yapak Beach, is located on the northern coast, facing Carabao Island. It is the second largest beach in Boracay and is famous for its shiny Puka shells. These shells were popular as ornaments in the 1970s and 1980s. Collecting shells was the main industry on the island at that time. You can still see traces of Puka shell piles on the beach. Visitors can hike over the hill to Puka Beach, or take a tricycle or motorcycle. There are some small restaurants near the beach, mainly serving seafood caught that day.
