Many people say that Hua Hin is boring, there are not many delicious foods, and the playability is relatively low. Indeed, Hua Hin is a small town with a strong sense of relaxation. Most of the people seen on the street are Western faces, and sunbathing, daydreaming, surfing, and drinking at the beach are activities that most of us Chinese do not like.

Hua Hin is suitable for slow life. There is only one main road from north to south, with Hua Hin Night Market as the boundary. You can take the green Tuk Tuk bus on the main road to the airport or Khao Takiap. The full price is 30 baht and the half price is 15 baht.

At the foot of Khao Takiap is a small fishing village with several good seafood food stalls. The environment is very general, but it is fresher and cheaper than the night market in the city, which is suitable for friends with a large number of people and limited budgets.

Hua Hin is south of Bangkok, and the food tastes sweet. I think the food of Ratama Duck Palo, a popular duck noodle shop recommended online, is sweet overall. Friends who don’t like sweet can skip it directly. The breakfast at Zhengsheng, an 80-year-old shop, may be more in line with Chinese tastes. It is not sweet at all. Porridge, pork soup, and Hainanese chicken rice are all worth trying. The tap pao at Ka phrao Hom is full of steam and not greasy. The roasted pork is very tender. If you don't like sweet drinks, be careful.

There are two popular coffee shops in Hua Hin. I think the environment is more important than the content. I personally like Gallery Drip Coffee Huahin. I saw it by chance. There is a small courtyard and a large space. It is by the sea but not facing the sea. The coffee is surprisingly delicious and not expensive.

Another recommended one is SRNA, a small restaurant that is only open from Thursday to Sunday. It mainly serves takeout. There are only a few simple benches at the door waiting for takeout. The most famous one is Dirty, which is really amazing. You should choose the right time to come here so as not to be turned away.

From Bangkok to Hua Hin, you can choose to take the airport luxury bus directly at the airport, the fare is about 350 baht. If you go from the city, you can choose to take a mini van at the East Bus Station next to Ekkamai BTS Station. The fare is 200 baht, and large luggage is 100 baht per piece. There is one bus per hour, which takes 3 and a half hours. You can download an app called 12GO to take the bus in Thailand, which can be used for inquiry and ticket purchase.

It is best to choose to come to Hua Hin from Thursday to Sunday, when there are many night markets to visit. On weekdays, only Hua Hin Night Market is open every day. If you come on Tuesday, I strongly recommend the local night market, Pae Mai Tuesday market, which is only open on Tuesdays, but it is very good to visit and you may be able to buy good things.
